Hi all! I'm Shannon, new to Atlanta and looking for a roommate to be friends with as well! I'm very open and try to be a good person all around. I have a dog and am open to more pets. I would prefer a roommate who works outside of the house, but am open to work from home options as well. I am fairly clean and do not play loud music often at all. I am in bed usually by 8:30pm-9:30pm and would prefer a roommate that is similar. I like to go out and try new places and feel I'm a fun time to be around! Just looking for a good, respectful, clean human to restore my faith as my current roommate is very difficult to live with, unfortunately. Need someone who doesn't smoke tobacco. This bedroom is in a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Tucker! They are building the new Rocklyn Homes Spring Valley townhomes nearby this area. Close to downtown Atlanta, Target, and Shopping!
The bedroom is getting new carpeting and the bathroom is being remodeled. It should be completed by end of August :)
Kitchen is also being remodeled!
