I am Clifton Duncan and I need a roommate to share the joys and exspenses of the living here in Friendswood, Texas. The apartment is at The Enclave At Quail Crossing and is a rather large two bedroom on a beautiful park with big beautiful trees here in our complex. I have worked as a Circulation Clerk at our City Library for 20 years. I have a lovely Cat. I am a Pantheistic Spiritualist. I truly love Science Fiction and Fantasy. I am a Movie Buff & Home Theater / Stereo Enthusiast. I am also a Simi - Professional Audio Engineer, who loves to do restoration of recorded works. I adore many types of Music.

Aurora (my Cat) & I are looking for ways to make living on our own work more to our financial advantage. So we have begun contemplating the idea of taking on a roomie (as they say) to join us living at the coolest Apartment Known to Man, Woman or Beast, to share the lodging experience, with us.

The room that is available is a large Bedroom with its own Bathroom. The place is like a decent size two bedroom house. Half the rent, electricity, internet & cable would only be about $746 a month as we estimate it, which is really pretty awesome for a place this pretty & spacious in this part of town.

Any potential candidates for Roommate would of course have to meet the requirements of our apartment complex to be on the lease, as they do not allow subletting, as we understand it to be. But that is easy enough to get checked, if we turn out to both like the arrangement. It is a truly amazing place to live at and it has close access to the Gulf Freeway and on to Houston and to the Clear Lake area and further South on to Galveston.
