Very close to the Lincoln Tunnel, Manhattan is just 10 minutes away!
Heat and hot water are included, and the rest of the utility is around $30/person per month (with fair usage), and a one and half months security deposit is needed.
The kitchen is furnished and has a dishwasher.
The very last picture shows the floor plan of the house, and the blue cross shows the room.
The apartment is on the fourth floor with two elevators, and the living room has a great view of Manhattan.
The bedrooms are far from each other, so the sounds from each room wouldn't bother the other person.
The building is very convenient, with a laundry room and a garbage room in the basement.
No smoking allowed and no pets (I'm allergic 🙂).

I'm looking for a student or working professional who is in their mid-20s or early 30s and is clean and respectful with a friendly, laid-back personality.
