This is a hiumble ranch style home from the 50's, not remodled/updated much. It's in the Biltmore /Arcadia area of Phoenix and is close to everything!! My family are the original home owners. Grandparents spend their money and time traveling, not remodeling to keep up with society. Lol. A loan was taken out to purchase the home from family after grandmother passed away. Home is 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, huge yard, 8' ceilings, and all the other things that homes come with! I do have 2 amazing, loving Golden Retrievers, 1 boy, 1 girl.
