Small Room Available Near Alki Beach in Cute Shared Apartment, $900 flat rate

Second bedroom available for rent in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment, less than two blocks from Alki Beach. The apartment is spacious with lots of daylight and a balcony. I am in the main bedroom across the hall and we would share the single bathroom. I have a 10 lb pomeranian-poodle mix that gets along well with other small dogs and tolerates quiet, medium sized dogs. No cats (allergic) and no large, high-energy dogs.

About the room: $900/mo flat rate which includes utilities (water, sewer, gas, trash, electric, and internet/HBO GO/Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime Video). The room for rent has a daylight window (no view) but that keeps it very quiet. It's a smaller room, can fit a queen size bed, a nightstand, and a narrow desk. It has a sliding door closet about the length of the room.

About the apartment: The newly renovated apartment is a corner unit (lots of daylight). Spacious living room with balcony that overlooks the quiet alley. Updated kitchen. Ground floor laundry room has card-operated laundry machines and storage units. On a main road so a little noise pollution but places are super accessible; Safeway/Metropolitan Market/PCC are a 1 min drive, TJ's, Whole Foods, and the West Seattle Junction are a 2-3 min drive. Downtown in 10-15 min. Plenty of street parking all around. For public transit there is a bus stop across the street or the WS water taxi nearby.

About me: 30 year old female with a stable job. I'm a low key, introverted, drug/alcohol-friendly person who loves food, board games, and keeping busy. I'd like to find a chill, dog-loving roomie that is easy to live with and can communicate well. When I'm not working, I'm doing hot yoga, trying new restaurants, planning/taking trips, playing in rec leagues, or cooking meals with friends.

Bare minimum: respectfulness of each other's space and belongings, rent paid on time, and be kind to my doggo. Females highly preferred. No heavy smokers. No cats or large dogs. Please be able to provide recent checkstubs that show you make at least $2500/month.

To move in: First month's rent ($900) and a deposit ($900), total of $1800. 6-month lease. Room is available for immediate move-in.
