We believe in offering affordable living without compromising comfort or respect. Each private room comes with a work desk, and we provide linens and towels to make moving in easy. The kitchen is fully equipped and organized with labeled cabinets and fridge space, so everyone has their own spot without any confusion. Our members stay because they feel at home here. We make it a priority to create a respectful and welcoming community, where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Weekly cleaning of the main areas keeps the house fresh, and with grocery stores just a short walk away, everything you need is close by.
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required

4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
