Welcome to Laura Bella #2! This newly built downstairs duplex unit offers a living experience designed for both community and convenience, built with coliving in mind. Each bedroom provides privacy and comfort with its own bathroom and comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed and a 42" Smart TV. The communal kitchen is fully stocked and includes modern small appliances like a toaster, 2 fridges, and pots/pans, and each room has color-coordinated silverware/dishes. We have a living room to hang out and get to know your housemates. We include blankets and blackout curtains, gated assigned parking, and secure keypad entries in each room. At Laura Bella, you'll find more than just a living space—a community designed for comfort and connection. The property is not staged for pics. What you see is what you get. ONE THING TO NOTE... we tried soundproofing for noise, but we are close to a main street. There is some traffic noise, so this might not be a good fit if you are a light sleeper.
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
