We have a full recording studio in the basement but fear not, it is soundproofed! House also has super high end washer/dryer, pool with in ground gas jacuzzi, orange tree, huge kitchen with all the cookware, garage space for a motorcycle or stuff, a ball pit, a community office with printer, and A CLUBHOUSE with tennis courts, gym, volleyball, Olympic pool, and free kayaks to go out on Val vista lake. Our co-ed group of friends in our 30s living here are very social and will often have cookouts, kayak trips and movie nights.
