Your new home awaits! This comfortable Dania Beach home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Pool and Dining area, and it’s newly-renovated and beautiful. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as more than 1 fridge in patio, plus you have your own pantry. The neighbourhood is on a cul-de-sac, which means you won’t be far from all Dania Beach has to offer. Enjoy a Furnished Bedroom with slider entrance to backyard pool area called Lagoon. You’ll have a shared bathroom with access to the rest of our 5 bedroom pool home. We’re on AirBnB so you can socialize or not. Washer/dryer on premise. Parking available. Smoking allowed on front and back patio. No DRAMA. Laid back environment. Minimum weekly or Monthly. Deposit same as month. Additional $200 pet deposit nonrefundable. Additional person $100 monthly.
