The neighbourhood is near grocery stores, which means you won’t be far from all Dallas has to offer. (PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES THAT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO GUEST ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. THESE 2 RULES ARE REALLY IMPORTANT TO PROTECT MEMBER'S SAFETY. *WE WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY. ALSO IF YOU BRING A GUEST OVER WE WILL KNOW THERE ARE CAMERAS THROUGH OUT THE PROPERTY.
Requirements and application process

- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
