Beautiful home that has the entire main floor for rent. Only 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms share a hallway full bath with tub. The 3rd bedroom has its own full bathroom with tub. There is a full kitchen with all the kitchenware you need. New appliances with a gas stove. Leather couches in living room with a 65" TV. 6 person dining room table. Tasteful art. There is a beautiful full patio with cushioned patio furniture off the dining room where you can smoke. NO pets or smoking inside. Each suite has a 55" smart TV with streaming channels (netflix, amazon video, paramount, hulu, ESPN. Laundry is on the main floor and is accessed through a locked door to a common space inside that is shared with 2 suites downstairs.. Smart lock on front door and outside security cameras. Well lit outside light. 2 blocks from public transit. Quiet street with only local traffic. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants
