Bring your gadgets and all that makes you comfortable, there is plenty of room. All that’s missing is you! This is a shared Condo with the host, so you won't be overwelmed by transient guests in and out. The bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are shared spaces with the host. A clean and calm pad is the esthetic so the padmate and host are required to do their part to ensure the apartment remains clean and vermin free. Padmates are encouraged to purchase their supplies at any of the local retail options. The mini fridge and mini freezer are specifically for the padmate to house their groceries. This will not be shared with the host. Padmates can also use all of the empty cabinets in the kitchen area. All of the hosts' items will be stored out of the way and won't be comingled with padmates belongings.

- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
