Well lit and you can smoke what you want. EXTRA FRIDGE in kitchen with a third fridge near Suites 6&7 (3 fridges total). This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits. Bedding included in rental. large screen TV's in every room w streaming channels. King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs with streaming channels (netflix, disney, amazon video, hulu, paramount+). Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances. DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please not that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets! NO Guests through front door! Quiet time after 11PM to 9AM!
