We've got professional cleaning service every month on-site security cameras smart locks on every door lawn care every 3 weeks quarterly pest control treatments, with additional visits as needed a dedicated property manager to promptly handle maintenance requests And, a welcome kit to help you have a smoother move-in! It has a fully furnished kitchen and each tenant is provided with an additional secured storage cabinet, conveniently located right by the dining area. There's a second fridge in the basement, along with a washer, dryer, and an iron/ironing board—all available for use absolutely free. Lastly, if you find yourself needing more storage space, we have a limited number of storage units (6'x4') in the basement, ready for rent.

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
