Our home is run by a nonprofit that helps house LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness around the country. Living here helps our organization and our volunteers solve bigger social issues nation wide. This home is an LGBTQ safe space.
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
