The house is equipped with 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, dedicated kitchen storage, inside FREE laundry, an oven, stove and a brand new AC unit to beat the heat. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but there is still extra security cameras for added security. The location is close to ASU West campus, Fry's, Sprouts, the Metro Center food corridor, multiple parks, I-17 freeway access, Central Phoenix, and other handy places like Best Buy and Lowes.
