Fully furnished corporate rental home, modernly decorated and includes all the amenities you love. Centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood 2 minutes from the 288 highway in South Houston. The room features locks on each door with key access. The front door is accessible with a key-code entry with shared common spaces including the bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining areas. All of our homes feature washer and dryers, refrigerator, full cooking appliances and cooking amenities and are professionally managed. Private room in 4 bedroom home. Fully furnished with shared living spaces and all utilities are included. Month to month rental. Two weeks deposit and $100 non refundable cleaning fee due at time of move in. Rates are prorated during move-in.

4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
