The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 large stainless steel refrigerators, sink, microwave, oven, stovetop, oven, stainless appliances a ton of storage and room. This home is on an oversized corner lot of a cul-de-sac, which is why you will have plenty of parking. Similar to other mid term rentals you arrive at the property and enter the code. Touch the electronic door lock to light up the numbers and enter your code to open. The 4 digit number code is followed by the # symbol and is unique to you. It should work for the front door and your room. If door doesn't open it is possible the code wasn't entered properly so try again and watch the lights flash after each number is entered to ensure code works.
Requirements and application process

- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required

4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
