The common areas (kitchen and the main shared bathroom) will be cleaned professionally every other week. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and microwave making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. Each room comes furnished with a desk, chair, a full size mattress and bed frame, night stand and lamp. Each room has a true closet and fan as well. The neighborhood is close to public transit, and you won’t be far from all Dallas has to offer. There are 4 bathrooms so you won't be sharing a bathroom with as many house mates. Two rooms have a private bath, one bathroom is shared between two bedrooms (Jack n Jill) and the last bathroom is shared between four rooms.
